I forgot my pen name... 2009-10-25 . chapter 23 Just so you know, we have a love/ hate relationship because it's nearly two am on a school night and I am not doing homework like the good college student I am, but reading fan fiction that has me throughly hooked. So I'm in love with your writting but I hate how you keep me awake till all hours of the night. lol. Sorry if that sounds creepy. Once again, its late, or early. Something of the sort. Good work! Very well done! |
I prefer to be unknown 2009-09-13 . chapter 23 well i think its a good job and a BIG well done to you. I cant sleep just by thinking of this fiction of yours! But i think that the ending didn't...hmpn...how should i say it? it feels a bit incomplete? or should it be not correct?><but forget bout' it its nevertheless one of the best fiction i think it should be.
Yours sincerely
Prefer as an unknown
PS Keep up the good work |
My-Musings 2009-08-14 . chapter 23This was... amazing. Layered so perfectly... adding in the autobiography was perfected. You are bloody brilliant! |

 Moony McGoogly 2009-06-17 . chapter 12Sirius is such a bitch. |
Artemis of the Golden Apple 2009-05-23 . chapter 23Hmm, this was quite good. A lot of angst, which is not what I usually read when it comes to S/R, but I liked how you showed Sirius slowly changing. Every other fic I've read has had Sirius being totally accepting right off the bat. This is an interesting take on the matter.
Also: you write the happy parts REALLY CUTE. They are absolutely my favorite slash pairing, and you captured everything I love about them. |
asako 2009-05-12 . chapter 23Lets just say, I love you and your fic. That was very touching and now I have some ideas for my fic and I can't wait! Mine is revolving around Harry's 5th year (even though my friend said I should do it in 6th year) and the Marauders arrive because they found a Time Turner that goes forward in time. I only got this idea because I hate it when Sirius died and I wanted to stop it. So hopefully it would turn out that he won't die... I will just have to wait it out and see. ^^ But anyways, I really did enjoy it and it was one of the best fics I've read. Other fics are either overly happy or depressing with the characters easily resolving their problems. I'm glad that this one is more realistic (but how can magic be realistic?). |
Surrealtraversity 2009-04-21 . chapter 23I can not believe I just read this ENTIRE story in one sitting! I couldn't STOP reading! You did a wonderful job on this story, and I absolutely adored it. I'm about to start reading the sequel right now! You're a great writer. Good job! |
NorikuKitsune 2009-04-19 . chapter 23Wow, that was a roller coaster. I loved seeing Sirius develop and grow as a person the more he learned. That book was also inspired, True it was filled with werewolfy cliches but they are cliche for a reason and you managed to write while slipping in a lesson and giving remus something to compare reality too, great writing. They are the perfect couple and your slightly AU verse was a great study on both of them, love it love it love it! |
 Kiriska 2009-01-21 . chapter 23Wow.
I must say, this has probably been the most moving and emotional fic I've read in a good long while, and easily one of the best I've read concerning Remus' lycanthropy and his friends' acceptance, particularly Sirius'. Considering English isn't your first language, this was absolutely amazing. I would never be able to have the courage to even attempt something like this in another language. The use of words and style in general is so much more impressive than so many native writers/speakers I know (really, it's embarrassing that so many people would boast their own illiteracy).
I stayed up all night reading this, you know. I couldn't stop. It was wonderfully engaging and I loved your characterizations of both Sirius, Remus, Peter, and all of your filler characters. I was really surprised to find that Peter was probably the most accepting of all since few authors seem to remember that he was indeed their friend; it's really great to see that now and again. The length of time it took to lead up to the romance was also very refreshing, though I think the time frame in the writing and the time frame in the story felt really different -- I think more time could have stood to pass in the story; a few months/one school year just seems too quick to fall helpless in love. ;3 All the same, it was a really fun read and I'll probably be gobbling up more of your stories when I have the time (but I'm afraid I probably won't be reading the sequel to this until it's finished because it pains me too much to read unfinished stories. :X).
Thanks so much for writing this. c: |
Mekare 2009-01-14 . chapter 23 Firstly, thank you very much for such a wonderful Remus-Sirius story.
Secondly, I am impressed with your English. I actually only read that you are not a native speaker when I was several chapters in, and believe me when I say that I did not notice it before. (I am not a native speaker myself but am studying English on a teaching degree, so I naturally know about grammar and stuff).
I really liked how you treated the werewolf aspect of the story and that it took a long time for Sirius to accept and understand it. I feel in some stories the writer is just interested in getting them together as quickly as possible without getting too much into the consequences Remus' confession would have had on people close to him. They are still boys after all and, as boys often are, not very mature (depends of course on how you write them).
I loved the happy ending and that it didn't end (again unlike the way some other stories end) in glorious first time sex. It might be fun to write, but realistically, both probably don't have any kind of experience with gay sex and I always feel slightly put out if I read them going at it as if they knew exactly what they are doing.
Can't think of anything negative to say, so keep up the good work :-) |
Zak's-blood13 2008-12-22 . chapter 19Gee, Sirius is a bit of an idiot in this chapter. I would have been about . . . 13 when OotP came out, and that was the one that we knew ahead of time that somebody died. I was always so amazed at the people who thought it was Harry, because JKR had already said that she was writing all seven books, and so logically, Harry as the subject of the series, couldn't die . . . stupid kids. I seriously (no pun intended)laughed out loud when Sirius thought that the author would kill himself. And at the end, because he's so . . . conceited, I guess. Stupid. Idiotic. Narrow-minded. Silly.
Pretty awesome chapter. |
AsylumFox 2008-11-21 . chapter 23Great story, had lots of fun reading it. =] Thanks for all your hard work writing it. |
Butterfly 2008-11-17 . chapter 8 I love your story, and in the 8th chapter I couldn't help but laugh when I thought of how Voldemort would sneeze when Sirius said he's name continuosly, that is if the old saying, "You sneeze every time some one talks about you." Is true! |
Da One Me to Pwn You All 2008-11-02 . chapter 23Well!
I was almost done last night, but after reading 20 chapters in a row i decided to go to sleep as it was around 6:30 am. Your story was really amazing, and... And...
Well, I'm not good with the whole "constructive criticism" thing. I'll say it was amazing:) |
