The main problem I have with this story is that while you plagarise whole sections from the book, the parts that are you own writing feature the characters acting much older than they are. They were eleven. The bit where she shows Harry "flirting"? Was creepy for eleven-year-olds. And it wasn't so much "flirting" as it was "groping", or possibly "molesting".

Your grammar and prose are decent (although you are occasionally too wordy), so if you wrote the characters more realistically, I think there would be a vast improvement.
