This is excellent! I'm not sure why the word is coming to mind, but the whole tale feels very sincere to me. I really like that you did not mimic exactly JKR's writing style, but held so very true to the characters. GREAT job!

Wow, I love this story, and I always see Percy having a more balanced relationship with his elder brothers then his younger. Great work!
But..I am curious about just HOW difficult it was for Percy to get out of the Ministry. More on this, perhaps?

Wonderfully written. Unlike most fics on this site, which just scream with angst and obvious emotion smashed into the reader's face over and over again, your writing is filled with subtle emotion which is just as palpable and powerful, if not moreso. We see a great deal of communication between the brothers, not all of it verbal, and it creates a very interesting and fragile atmosphere between the two. It is easily pictureable: this reaction between two brothers, both damaged by events within and beyond their control, both guilty and yet not guilty of so much. So much damage done, so much healing that needs to take place, and yet, such hope. A wonderful piece.

Percy Weasley has invaded my brain thanks to this fic. I love how you write the two brothers, and what has happened to the family since the battle. I also like the idea of Percy being 'branded' by the Death Eaters by the Deadly Nightingale. Awesome ideas here put together very well.

I really really liked this! Very good. The conversation between Percy and Bill was just awkward enough to be believable. Very in character that Bill really knew nothing about Percy. Will you be writing more? You left the end very open. Bill knows that everythings not right. Please write more! Especially with Oliver in it! PLEASE!PLEASE!PLEASE!
