The Oni and the Shichifukijin from Urusei Yatsura, the Goaul'd, the Asgard, the Nox, the Furlings and the Ancients from the Stargate franchise (I'd suggest the Nox, the Furlings and the Ancient, as Nox and Ancients are human-looking (and the Ancients actually mated with Earth humans) and nobody knows how the Furlings looks, while the Asgard are the Grey-type aliens and the Goaul'd are small worms using human slaves as hosts), the Centauri and the Minbari from Babylon 5 (even if they weren't around for so long), the now extinct Protoculture from Macross, the Galactic Empire from Star Wars, the so-called Progenitors from Star Trek, the Kzinti (I hope I wrote the name right) from the Known Universe novels (but they could only be an enemy who never learn, as they're aggressive cats who never learns when they have to surrender)...
