So let me get this strait. Ozai,a smexy,yet evil, guy is also the Cabbage Merchant, a guy who can't even get his cabbages into a safe place without them being destroyed? That makes perfect sence! But there is a problem with your story. You see in Tales of Ba Sing Se, the Cabbage Merchant apperres with his beloved cabbages,which get destroyed by a rabbiroo. So he would have gotten his little cabbage soldiers to take over by then.

Also,The Cabbage Merchant is a sweet and lovly guy! He is nothing like Ozai. I should know, I'm a fan of both.

And I think Bryan ment that they are voiced by the same guy. But you never know...
