I like the way all those little details differ form the original plot. These kind of fics are fun exercices, I hope you'll finish it. Keep up the good work.

That flashback is a good touch, it really gives insight into Quistis's psyche. I'm off to read the next chapter.

Sorry I haven't R&R sooner, but better late than never. Anyway, I like the alternate take on the story's plot, it makes for an interesting tale. The descriptions and imagery are well-done and compliment the narrative well, but just be careful not to abuse them. You should also rethink the punctuation, some sentences are overly long. Otherwise, this is nicely done. Keep it up ;)

I really do hope you continue. Sometimes, authors stop midway through a story, but I really want to see how this turns out. Is it a Quall? Is it not even a romance in the slightest? (I can't wait to find out! _)
