Wonderful, I really enjoy the end-the details in it. Sign language being safe for Addy, Roy donating the money, and the facial expressions during Roy's and Addy's talk.

This was a really interesting chapter, since it was from Addy's perspective. I think this is probably the first time I've read anything from the perspective of someone who uses sign-language, and it's really interesting. Made me realize how much I take for granted, being able to hear and speak. I mean, they have to get someone's attention before they say anything, rather than just talking right away. And I liked the detail you added about Addy liking it when her parents use sign-language with her, and the reasons why.

And ooh, Addy's stepping into the realm of boys now, is she? XD How old is she now? It seemed SO in character for Roy to react like that ^_^ Hmm, I wonder what Maes would say if he told him...

Aw. That's a very sweet and cute chapter. Roy's reaction to that was priceless! I never asked my parents questions like that, up until now because I know my brothers would beat me to death. XD

Anyways, that's a very very interesting and great chapter. It was so cute. Great work!

I'd guess that was pretty much his reason for changing his plea, after all Greed does seem to know remorse.

It seems Roy is taking the past in account with his words, when he says I'm not trying to be argumentative.

*cheers* Another lovely chapter! It's nice to get the flashback wrapped up - not that I was bored with it, but now we can move on to other things. I was really feeling for Roy, again, in this chapter. I especially liked the part that went, "Riza was not one of those women. She was strong, and responsible, and – despite his faults – loyal." It's so great to see the growth in him, the acknowledgment that he was partially (if not mostly) to blame.
I think I understand about Greed...maybe o.0 Greed's always been kind of outside my sphere of understanding, even in the original story. He's quite different from the other Homunculi, being all rebellious and stuff.
Anyway, I loved reading this chapter, and I look forward to more! Will the next chapter deal with the psychologist?

Wow, when you said it was done somehow I didn't think it would be up this soon. :) I agree that Greed is more practical and would get bored with the whole affair soon enough. I was shocked that Greed's defender (I don't watch court tv obviously;) was a woman. (Seriously, how does she sleep at night?) I know Riza's the victim, but I really felt like giving Roy a big hug this chapter. That short royai section was so bittersweet.

That was not something i expected. My brother is a corporate lawyer and he's been discussing some cases with us but he never said anything like that. Great work! Poor Riza. Really. I'm sad for her and Roy but at least, they're doing good now. Wonderful work.
I see your point in the whole Greed thing. Maybe he just got bored? XD

Well, That was something good. I think you made that really good and Riza was treated really well. I'm not an expert about these things but I've seen a couple of episodes of some programs so, yeah. This whole flashback thing just makes me feel so sad, and so angry at the same time. I think I feel kind of like Roy, and even just thinking about it all makes me hate Greed even more. It's a good thing that Greed's dead in the manga, and that Ling doesn't look a thing like him, or I'd start to tremble with rage and disgust each time I saw him.
And just the very knowledge that your story can bring about such emotional reactions in the readers tells you how well-written it is.
