I really like this story. I don't know how you come up with such interesting ideas. I would have never come up with such a good story! I really liked reading it! Plus, there were links to everything else in the story. Like, from the movie, Inuyasha had remembered when he first kissed her. It's really Creative! Except, one thing, I think you could have done a lot better on the end of the story! No offense. But, it could have been more, Big!

Ok i don't really think Kagome would die before inuyasha because she has a longer life span because of being a miko and by getting together with inuyasha i think she would then get the lifespan of a half demon. i love your story so far!

Great story so far, and in answer to your question, in most fanfics when Kagome and Inuyasha mate they bond so that Kagome gains a similar life span to him. Or in some other fics they get together in the present because Inuyasha waited for 500 years for her.

Great finish to the story. that about sums it up and also the whole story was great and i see a huge opinin for a sequal. i dont know if you will but it would be a great idea if you did make a sequal to it.

I'm not trying to be mean but there are certain details in this chap that kinda bother me. 1 The locket. How in the world did Miroku get a locket in the Edo period? The last time I checked the lockets where a European type of jewelry. 2nd the kimono.
What *type* of kimono was it? Did you know that there are several types of kimono for women? Did you know that Edo period kimono style is different from modern Japanese kimono style. If Kagome wears a modern kimono in Inuyasha's time, she'd look outta place. Heck she already looks outta place with uniform of hers! Making a really *good* kimono and obi takes time and *skill*. I heard you have to train under a master.

The kimono sash is called an obi. There are different ways to tie an obi. MOST obi even come with additional parts.
I suggest you go to wikapedia and do some research. Look up kimono and obi. There are certain "rules" when it comes to wearing kimono and obi ya know.
