Hi, I've reappeared after so long! I'm so sorry for the vanishing act, school and real life got in the way... but now I'm at college and happily catching up with everything I missed!

This particular piece looked great-- bittersweet and so sad. Lovely, as always. *hugs Boromir and Faramir* Ah, I've missed LOTR, I've been away so long...

I truly enjoyed this.. You've indeed written the brothers as individual characters, and interestingly, very similar to how I've pictured them.. A rather heart-rending read! =)

Another beautiful story! The interaction between the brothers is amazing, they're so connected and they care for each other so deeply, yet they're so different, it's just beautiful to watch.

Your line -- "Is it not my decision if I choose to face heartsickness because I show a little attention to those whose lives are often lacking in it?" -- I didn't get it at first, but the more I thought about it the more it made sense, and the greater it became. All this dialogue is incredibly deep and meaningful, it's the kind of thing I can read over and over and get more from every time.

And the characters are wonderfully done. This is really, really beautiful writing.

Very good. I love the way you portrayed Faramir here. I've been watching LOTR again and feeling (again) very disillusioned about movie-Faramir, extended edition regardless. Boromir is good too, but I think he is (fittingly) far overshadowed by Faramir.

Caring too much, a fault? I suppose it must be in a land ravaged by war.

This was a sad tale, but a beautiful one as well, and despite their arguments shows all the love the brothers share.

I liked it. Thank you very much. :)

I liked it. It was kinda sad though. But it was good. A good explanation. All your writing is very good, and this was not an exception. :) Good job! God bless!

That really was a great story. You have a great theory on Boromir's intentions. It seems like it could even be canon. :)

A perceptive look at one of the great puzzles in LOTR.
