This was adorable and I loved this piece. Especially with Aang being all... AANG-Y. "I'm gonna be a da-dy." Hahahaha they were just excellently in character.

I do think that Taang and Zutara make more sense than the pairings they made in the show.

I totally agree with your A/N. I was a passionate Zutarian (still am) and shipped Taang as a companion ship but now I ship Taang more fiercely than anything. Aang and Toph just 'fit' together better. Thanks for showing everyone the possibilites of Taang. :)

I appreciate that you "ship" Taang, not just to "throw Aang a bone" so to speak. I personally ship Kataang, but enjoy a well written Taang or even a well written Zutara fic. Your story is well written, and I enjoyed it.

I have never actually gone and read a Taang that wasn't in a Zutara. It's not that Zutara is the only reason to ship them, it's just that Taang never caught my interest as much. But I when I saw this, I knew I had to read it. You captured the pure essence of why Taang is so wonderful and why Kataang never really seemed to feel right, and very few people have that ability. Amazing story.
