I have tears in my eyes as I finished reading this. I love the idea that Naruto was a fragile baby and that what could be perceived as a heavy burden actually saved his life. Thank you for sharing such a lovely story.

This is a beautiful piece of writing, and I will admit, it brought tears to my eyes. Minato's love for his village, his love for Kushina, his love for Naruto...his sacrifice for all of them is so painfully touching. You did a wonderful job. Thank you for writing and posting this!

i don't think ANYONE has ever thought of this before - all the fans just assumed that you had to be healthy to accommodate the kyuubi - but this- this just BLEW my mind away!

not only is it a spectacular plot twist, it's SO well written - it reflects well on minato, and sort of shows the reader his thinking process - it is absolutely AWESOME. i absolutely LOVED the plot twist (my favorite part, in case you couldn't tell XD) because we all just assume naruto was always strong and such!!

Sugoi! Roundabout the middle of the manga, I came to the conclusion (like most others) that Naruto was Yondaime's son and that his mother died in childbirth. But you've really brought to life the significance of that sacrifice, not just for Yondaime and the village, but for Naruto himself, which is what makes this story stand out all the more. Excellent work!
