I always loved this song, but for a while i never listened to the words, but then i did. I was sitting around a couple days ago thinking what kind of story could fit to the song, and of course, the dessert planet came to mind.. Except you got to it first! Wonderful touch.

As I say to all Ami/Obi authors, there isn't any way that I could agree with you about their relationship. But I must admit that the song does make a nice fic, and you've done some great song/fic blending! Good job!

I'm new to this review thing but that has to be one of the coolest fanfics I have ever read.( Maybe perhapes I love that Sting song) I mean not only is that song romantic, it can be used in so many stories. But I never thought of Obi-Wan falling for the Queen. WOW I never would have thought of that. Desert Rose is a great song and a perfect addion to your great story. Thank You!

::sigh:: I'm sorry, but I just hate the way people make Obi fall in love with Ami. There's more of an age diff. there than there is with Ami and Anakin. I'm sorry, it was a good (short) story, but about the critique, don't worry, it's just me.

No, no, no! Obi-Wan and Amidala end up together...at least I wish they did :( But, you know, who says that Anakin is really Luke and Leia's father? Bad Obi-Wan!

*Sniff* . I read this because desert rose is my favirote song . *Sniff* . I never thought about obi-won falling for the queen . *sniff* . Anyways I loved it ussually this song is used in falling in love song-fics but this is unique . I loved it . Oh yeah , I think Sting is cool to . Good use of one of his best songs .
