I liked this - had a really nice feel to it. I think it quite captured the 'fun' of DoctorRose, as well as how comfortable they felt with each other. And a nice style too, really. It all came together really well.

But I'm now very curious as to just what a phobia of mortgages would be called...

Great fic. I was fine with the swearing, but having chosen to include it you probably should have made the fic a little higher than K.
