Brief note, it wouldn't work to have a pilot try to call another plane by saying 'plane at heading 123 please talk to me' - radio travels a long way with no direction indicated and it's the same as yelling 'person to my right, please talk to me' on a walkie-talkie.

In visual conditions they'd probably use ground references and very likely mention what kind of plane they were trying to talk to like 'low-wing east of Lake XX, talk to me'. I'm speaking as a frequent right-seat passenger in a small plane, not a pilot

I've just finished reading this story and i've got to say, i love it. I'm a bit annoyed at myself for staying up late to read it and then being knackered at work because of it but the story is worth it.

I adore the way you wrote about Aurilia's past. The wording was great. I hate reading sotries with half-bate sentences, so reading this made me happy. It's good to know that somebody out their still knows how to write like a true writer should.
