This story almost had me yelling at the screen. I just wanted to slap this character and beat some sense into her. But, dear, this is a damn good story.

Uh... 'bioligual'? Spell checker not on, I suppose? I'm assuming you mean 'bilingual' here. Consult a dictionary if you're unsure about something. Google works fine too. While you're at it, try shopping around for a beta reader, just to clean up the grammar and the wonky layout.

While we're on layout, refrain from putting a space between the quotation marks (") and the first word within them. It's unnecessary.

And I wasn't aware that there was a problem of guys kissing girls hands. I've never had it done to me - borne from guys not wanting to look uncool, I suppose. Also the amount of unwanted sexual harassment your Sue attracts seems very troubling. Might be something that ought to be looked into.
