On another note, I would like to say that there is a friend of my family who is male and named Kelly. Really. He is Kelly - no longer version or anything. So, Kelaiah, you don't really have to feel bad about the name.
And no fox understudy will ever replace our ferret Kel.

Man, understudies are a handful, aren't they? Well, at least if Ferret-Kel dies in soem horrible lazer-related accident, you have someone to fall back to.
This chapter was rather short, actually, and about a third was Sable Quean info. Not that I have any problem with that, but if we're going to wait so long for a chapter, I would personally like to see more bang for my buck, so to speak. Nothing is wrong with this chapter, per se, but it seemed like you pulled out a bit too early. Funny, nevertheless.

Hm, a mole warrior, my friend Foremole Doni will like that. She hates hedgehogs and hares, but loves moles (isn't she strange?)...Wow, Kelly actually thought you were dating Nonny and Kayln. I haven't been reading your fics for more than a year, but I still don't know where he got that assumption. Ew pretty much sums it up.

I'm actually quite surprised that Kelly didn't mention Ara as one of Kel's "girlfriends." Then again, he's probably learned the hard way that that's not a good idea...portable guillotine's better than electroshock therapy.

Personally, I might have liked to see a few more of the contestants votes, but, then again, that *would* have been hard to write, and it might have made the chapter drag. So, kudos, you did well.

Eh...to me, the whole Ublaz/Vilaya ship is looking like another Nagru/Silvamord in the making. I'd advise him to stay with Atunra...or at least try hitting on Ara, because, surely, he'd prefer a quick death to a long, angsty, argument-filled one.

Bluefen might be a good spy, since she won the Disguise Yourself Like Vermin contest, but maybe not. Armel used to be an Infirminary Keeper, so she probably will be a Imfirminary Sister.
