did you write the first through thrid years as well or is this story adopted from some one or soem thing... if so please let me know because I wouldn't mind reading the frist few years as well but as I'm waiting I'll start reading this

This is a really well-written story, however, you seem to start certain plot points just to add to the intrigue and mood without considering how the situations would change the characters' personalities and actions.

You said that Harry had been both sexually and physcially abused, but you haven't made it change his character in the least. He still seems to be very happy go lucky. Sirius and Remus certainly wouldn't let the subject drop that easily either. They would probably call the aurors.

Also, you said Harry self-harmed, but he doesn't act like it at all. He's acting perfectly normal and doesn't seem to be suffering from depression, stress, or any of the other causes. It's like you mentioned it once and then forgot about it.

Also, it's possible I missed it, but did you explain why/how Sirius became free? If not, that was a big thing to miss.

Lastly, I wish you had explained the change in Severus Snape's character more thoroughly. You put in an author's note the information we needed to know, but I think it would have been more interesting if a prologue or flashback explained the change in character from him, since it seems highly unlikely he and Harry would get along and it seems to be an important aspect of your story.

I'm quite aware that I've only made it to chapter three, so all of these problems may be addressed later in the story, however Harry's character seems way to happy-go-lucky considering the depressing past you've given him and these three chapters have had him out of character for the past you've given him.

I know this may seem like a flame, and if it does I'm quite sorry. This is actually a very well-written story, especially compared to most of the stories on this website. I just found the characterzation and the handling of the very serious topics to be a bit off, and I find it to be quite a shame that story with such potential had those problems.

AW! that was such a sad chapter! I Loved it! although, i can't believe you killed Victor! but that's ok, i think i would rather you kill him that cedric... so yeah... poor harry, everything always happens to him. i loved how he was conserned about snape while he was stuck tied to the tombstone. that was very harry for you. siruis and remus's reactions were perfect. and i like the harry cedric intereaction after the fact. all in all an awsome story. i will deffinatly be watching the for rest of the series!
