aw **. so totally not good. why did lucius have to kill madam malkin? she was only trying to help. albeit, not in a healthy way for harry. she should have known he would resist.

i really like the part where lucius and bella were in love. that was adorable.

is it to late for Harry with the spells on him/her? With Mimsy dead will they ever come off? Looking forward to reading more. thank you

I cannot see how you are going to resolve Harry's situation - he seems to be really stuck now Mimsy has been killed off.

What a fascinating chapter! And what terrible, terrible spells. Yet--Snape would rather die than hurt this girl, though in some ways it will be harder for him to change his life and temperament than it would be to face the Dark Lord.

And now Harry is known to be missing.

Why on earth would she put on the abusive spell, at least?
And I adored the twist with Lucius as her father, but shouldn't he have forced Malkin to remove the spells before he killed her, since he knows they are irremovable otherwise?

i'm not to sure what to think. The story started off well, but in recent chapters 3-9 things have become extremely cluttered. Your chapters don't exactly move the story along, 3-8 were like this. I think the story has great potential, but you will need to expand upon the story a bit more and then travel along a path that pushes both plot and character development to a point where they can harmoniously sustain each other.

My ultimate advice is to choose a point of view and more or less stick to it. Chapters this short are extremely hard to follow when your constantly switching scenes and viewpoints. Second you need to explain more of what is going on. You've repeated scenes with different points of views a few times and in those repeats it hasn't offered anything new.

Look forward to more.

wow. well, gosh, isn't _that_ a twist! i can't decide whether i should feel bad for lucius or hate him for offing mimsy. and just what will happen now with harry/beatrice now that mimsy can't take those spells _off_?

it would be interesting to see lucius become involved in "beatrice's" life but still leave custody to severus to protect her from narcissa, whom, i'll just say, i'd love to see dead, dead, dead! evil woman killing a child because of her jealousy!

i'd love to see more interaction with "beatrice" and the hogwarts' staff. looking forward to the next chapter!

So - Sirius has 'found' Harry's wand - in the hands of Lucius Malfoy. He can also place Lucius at the murderscene of Mdm Malkin - but Lucius won't know anything about Harry for he doesn't know about the potion. Severus however does. hm

Poor Harry. I hope that he doesn't get into too much trouble since Lucius has his wand. Why was Narcissa trying to kill Beatrice LeStrange? Did she suspect that Lucius was the father of Bella's daughter? If the Black's had wanted the LeStrange fortune why didn't they marry Narcissa into that family instead? Why did Lucius have to kill Madam Malkin? I know that she cast those spells on Beatrice/Harry but, couldn't they have talked about it? I look forward to reading more.
