I really liked this! You portray Hisoka's personality so well. :) I especially liked the part where he was summoned to Konoe's office. It made me grin happily. I liked the transition from scene to scene which was reminiscent of a flashback narration told by Hisoka without being detached. (I don't remember him hurting his eye though? was this in the manga? *goes to check*) :D I liked the word choice of 'unasked'. With contextual clues you made the use of 'unasked' as an annoying detail that someone did something or something that Hisoka was truly grateful for. XD Keep writing~ ^.^

I really enjyed this story. It was very well written and I loved Hisoka's thoughts on the choices- of lack of choices i his life. Great job!
