To be nitpicky (and this is irrelevant mostly to fanfiction), Wedy and Aiber didn't meet L until he called them during the Yotsuba case. Also, according to the story, they stayed with Light to find the new Kira a while longer before they left for home and he offed them. But yeah, I know you took creative licenses and that's totally cool, too.

I'm still so happy that there's another Wedy fic! :D Nice going.
