WOW awesome fic! I love how you managed to cram in so many different developments in hoshi's life in such a short fic. And I especially love how Hoshi turned into a captain and Archer became a loving stay-at-home(ship?) dad.

I just wish archer didn't die so young *SNIFFLE* (must've been all the beatings he received during his adventures)

One weird thing though...I'm surprised porthos managed to survive all the way till archer's retirement. That must be some beagle.

Whew! That was a lot in your story to absorb. It would have helped me to read if the paragraphs had been shorter. The typeface used made it kind of hard to read such lengthy paragraphs. How 'bout fleshing it out with dialogue and each point in her/their lives becoming a chapter? Lots of potential.
