TamX2 2009-08-03 . chapter 18This was AWESOME. I loved the book, and you did a great job imitating the style and the hilarity of Aziraphale's and Crowley's friendship.
Thanks for writing this!! |
Verna-S 2009-04-08 . chapter 18Wow. This really impressed me. You managed to replicate Pratchett's storytelling formula somehow, and fic authors don't always manage that. Everyone seemed terribly IC (and when they weren't, it was due to a big catastrophe that had to be tied up by the end, proving my earlier point.)
I thought the premise was great. I was ready to not like your original character at all, but his snarky "difficult/teenage attitude" and the way he started out thinking Aziraphale wasn't v. cool or properly angelic was so... possible. I loved watching Theo's character grow and develop.
The runaway miracle idea was just... a stroke of genius, really. And watching the way that it didn't make things "different" so much as "emphasize" aspects in a person that may already be there... oh, man.
I also say I have to really appreciate being so pleasantly surprised by the way that Theo finally earned his wings. It was a great way to bring in some of the other characters in GO in a way that really worked for me to see.
I pretty much forwent sleep to charge right through this. Must have taken me four or five hours. Terribly rewarding read.
You should really try and write some original pieces and see if you can get published. I certainly think you're good enough to. :) |
AKA Hummer 2008-12-31 . chapter 18This is the very first Good Omens fanfic I've ever read, and I absolutely adore it! I am in awe of your magnificent story-telling prowess and am feeling the strongest urge to chant "I am not worthy" while kowtowing to you. Thank you so very much for writing this story! :) |
Moonsign 2008-03-12 . chapter 18This was wonderful. I laughed all the way through. how on earth did you come up with the idea for 13 dimensional maths miracles? Hilarious! I loved this fic so much. you really are a talented author! |
chair-chan 2008-02-11 . chapter 12hmm. Do you go to an online dictionary, or what? If you have any words you need, let me know, I'm fairly proficient at the language
:) Thank you for replying, it makes me feel happy and paid-attention to. :D Yay! |
chair-chan 2008-02-04 . chapter 11hahahahaha!"Kneisiya," Mark said, as he finished buckling his belt and stumbled out the room.
hah! I love this story, it's so funny. :)
So, do you know Hebrew, or did you have to look it up? It took me a while, I looked at it and I was like...hmm, I have a feeling that I should know that word. I would probably have recognized it sooner if it was written in Hebrew. :)anyways...lol |
Azalee 2007-12-22 . chapter 18This fic is pure genius. I mean, I think miracled!Aziraphale scarred me for life (meaning I couldn't stop laughing and making strangled noises as I read on), but this was all awesome. Theo is adorable and a very realistic character, easy to understand and relate to, Aziraphale was a very nice mix of awkward and clueless book-lover angel and incredibly cool scary firearms expert, Pauline and Satan's antics were very very funny (and that part with Adam was just "aww !"), and Crowley was Crowley. Love.
I absolutely adored the bits about Crowley's car and the morphing tapes XD
Definitely one of the best fics I ever read, writing-, characters- and scenario-wise :D |
SolaCatella 2007-12-22 . chapter 18I read this story ages ago on your site and was excited to discover it in recently. I'm especially amazed by how well you portray Crowley, especially from Theo's point of view--it's a very interesting take on the character. |
 Amsuhl 2007-12-15 . chapter 18Wonderful. |
Amsuhl 2007-12-15 . chapter 9My mouth flopped open with absolute horror and then I thought of Crowley...
Ugh. Hope Aziraphale turns back to normal. He's really weird that way. |
Smoking Panda 2007-11-25 . chapter 18Happened upon this story by miraculous chance, and spent the better part of my day reading it. ^^
I must say, this is the most impressively choreographed GO fanfiction I have ever read. You deserve many, many trophies, awards, and cookies for the effort that is put into this story. I can almost imagine it being written by the dynamic duo (Pratchett & Gaiman). The storyline is fantastical; rabid miracles, angel **, weeping devils-- I devoured every bit! You have a penchant for keeping Crowley, Aziraphale's, etc. character in tact, and are also very good about developing your own characters as well.
In short, I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this story and hope that you're planning to writing more GO fanfiction in the future. |
Sivaroobini Lupin-Black 2007-11-05 . chapter 18So does that mean that Tamael (aka Theo) and Tajo are going to have their own Arrangement, like Aziraphale and Crowley? That'd be co sool! I have followed this story from the beginning, although I never reviewed, and I am doing so now with considerable regret that it's over. It was outrageously funny, especially when you described the miracle's effects on Hell and Lucifer himself. Although the idea of Aziraphale and Theo managing to elude the Devil himself was slightly off, overall I thoroughtly enjoyed the whole story.
When Queen started playing in the car (in the end) and Crowley was all,'Damn, damn, damn!" and started banging his head on the steering wheel, I burst out laughing (although I felt sorry for him as well). And the bit between Lucifer and Adam was so sweet! This whole story was really good. Great job, and I look forward to reading more of your stories in future! |
Hellen-M 2007-10-22 . chapter 15This is probably my favorite chapter in the story – Adam and Lucifer, Lucifer talking about why he is proud of Adam. Your made a very interesting point about Adam been the first successful rebel. And of course Theo’s first successful miracle been for the Devel is very good and funny twist of the story.
I am still hoping for the sequel ;-) |
rozulthorn 2007-10-15 . chapter 14*cackles* Aziraphale + orgies = hilarity. I love this story. And vegan Crowley with his knitting... *snickers* |
