You have no idea how impressed I am that you're managing to pull this off. Nobody else could have a Razielim say 'capsice' and make it believable. I'm liking this a lot, especially since I'm home today with a horrid fever and very little aside from some updates to cheer me up.

This is getting really good for a black-and-white, 30s to 40s mystery novel, VA. Even the Climax is keeping me intringe. Anymore chappys to finish the sentince so that I can see what happens to the hero? Cause this is making me so excited!! @_@

I really enjoyed this. Of course I did. YOu know that! I love the idea of the 'Exceptions list', and these two new characters are really vivid, especially Ithiel :D

Helios' tone keeps the whole thing in character, and moving so smoothly, it's almost a shock when you realise it's not a detective novel. The blend is seamless.

One criticism:
'I may have hit a little too close to the nerve with that leash comment.' I nearly choked on my tea at this point. Could I please have a warning of future funny bits so that I don't stain my monitor?

I love this! As always, it's well written, and I throughly enjoyed reading it. I'm very much intrigued. Heh, I've always loved these kinds of stories, and a Nosgothian P.I. is most certainly a first! Very original, and I really like the way Arcturos speaks. His dialect is just as I'd always imagined a bad-** hardcore detective should be. Job well done, and I eagerly look foward to the next chapter. This is definately going on my alert list. ^_^

I like it!! Dick Tracy and Cafe Noir combined, with a hint of LoK and hell, you got yourself a hell of a mystery on your hands. Two thumbs way up!!

Very different from your usual style but I still think you pull it off brilliantly. :) A detective story combined with LoK = the perfect read. I do hope you continue this.
