Usually anything set in this era makes me go "eh" and scroll past, and I need to stop doing that because I could be missing little gems like this. (Though really, anything you post from now on makes me stop and go "MUST READ" cus you're just great like that, for serious.) And you know, I like that Franny gets to be a part of the process; Carl may be a friend, but he's also kind of like their first child this way. :)
