Throughout the first half of the fic, I was kind of sitting in front of the computer, wide-eyed in a mix of horror and amusement. But then when it came to this line: '“Pickles,” she said warmly, peering down at the jar in her arms,' I could hold it in no longer and I laughed aloud! Ho ho ho. And then the rest of the 'fic had me in giggle fits, especially when Balthier says, 'Pickles,' as well. Favourited. :)

I feel like Balthier and Ashe are sharing some kind of naughty inside joke with the pickles. XD Or maybe it's just me and the many BalAshe fics I've been reading that have innuendos regarding Balthier's gun or something... Either way I giggled and LOL'd. ♥

Hahahaha!! The reactions of Vaan, Penelo and Basch were seriously the BEST part of this fic, I was giggling SO HARD over Vaan's suggestion that they were drunk. TOO FUNNY. Best early morning fic EVER!
