T_T That was so sad. I thought it'd be kind of humorous when I first started reading it. Wow, was I wrong :P Poor Cloud. I guess Aerith told him to stay away so that he wouldn't have to see her die ): But that was really well-done. Sad, but well-done.

T_T Dun ever write anything that sad again. Have you ever went into a stage of depression because you're reading a sad part in a book, but you have to go on through the day. Well it's like that. I'm gonna go emo if I have to read anything this sad again @_@. Please dun. >.> One time i read one about namine having cancer, dying, and roxas had asthma so he had a asthma attack when he saw her die, he coulda took his inhaler, but he didnt and he died. @_@ I know aerith really does die but this is just painful. At least you could focus your sadness and anger on something (coughcoughsephirothcoughcough) >.< If she really died like that then cloud would take one more step towards emo and start cutting himself. (He was already being depressed, and withdrawn wearing black) >.> Though your writing is very effective, and it takes skillfullness to write this >.>

I read some of the forum reactions to your fic, so I knew I was in for a sad ending... but this is just, hmm.

Oh, it's VERY good, I assure you. So good that I was left speechless (and reviewless!) for a while!

Upon first reading, I felt left with the very same coldness that I think Cloud must have felt. It's such a sad twist, but perhaps even more startling is how you simply ended it with Aerith's final words. I had to re-read the whole thing with a clearer mind to really understand. Combined together, they're a one-two punch straight to the stomach that left me stunned.

So Aerith was... 'training' Cloud, in a way. Wow.

Great fic for "Proposal". I hope you're doing some other themes too! I'd love to read anything else you have!
