Oh, and the fact that the characters stayed IN character was definitely a plus. Sometimes I'll find myself reading a fic and the characters aren't even close to who they're supposed to be. The part with Allen and Will caught me off gaourd, but made me laugh just the same. Your story is incredibly accurate, and I can totally picture it as a piece from a episode. Love it!
