I like all of your stories, but this one is probably my favorite. It has everything: humor, friendship, angst, and the point that we had to treasure the present and our parents and people we love, and not run for something we think that we want.

I am a fan of your longer fic that you have posted here, and in it, I love your characterization of Chase especially. In this one, the relationship that you describe between him and Foreman is so tentative, and yet it really works well. It is nice to see Chase as someone other than the pretty, girl-crazy Aussie with no soul and Foreman as something other than the sanctimonious brat that he has evolved into. Plus, I love Mom and Dad Foreman. Well written and a beautiful idea for a little glimpse into the bittersweet world that is Alzheimer's

It's been so long since I've logged into my account for this and that reasons, but you're an amazing author, and I love how you describe my favorite character -Chase- as someone more than a two faced jerk as so many people wrongfully make him out to be. Let's pray the new season of House will bring more justice to his character, ya?

this is one of the most beautiful stories i have read. i cried and i think that many people that have a friend or a family member that is sick acts just like Foreman and many dont have friends like Chase to make them see the error of their ways.

I finally got around to reading this. I took it to work yesterday, but that entire busy thing happened.

Anyway, I loved seeing you write something like this! The show really missed an opportunity for Foreman to confront his embarrassment over his family situation. I like how you portrayed it here, and it's fitting that Chase was the one to give Foreman the kick in the rear he deserved. Your dialogue was especially superb with Foreman's mother. You got the Alzheimer's confusion down perfect, as well as Chase's answers.

Great story. I love those rare moments when it seems like Chase and Foreman are almost friends and you've really captured that here.

Also, wonderful job of handling Foreman's parents and his mother in particular, since writing a character with Alzheimers had to have been a challenge.
