A very nice story. Although I think Sara might be a little overreacting.

The beginning is good-I can believe Ecklie might actually

be human and help Grissom.

But Sara's reaction...it should be one of realization of

how much he loves her to go off his head like that-not

the old "just like my father even though he was trying to

save me"...that doesn't work. Natalie tried to murder

Sara...so I don't think Sara would react that way.

Good fic otherwise-thanks.

Ack! This is so hearbreaking! I've never even thought of this possibility before... now I think I'll have my own go at it.

But this was so sad! I had tears in my eyes! I'm so glad you let Sara keep him around, I was in suspense. I was like, "No! Sara, don't let him go! Don't!"

And then she didn't. Yay! I loved it. Excellent work. Could there possibly be a sequel on the way? I hope there is...

I just don't see Ecklie being human, but I like how you did it. Good story.

I could definitely see Griss doing that to Natalie. When you love someone and they are in grave danger, things can get out of hand. I enjoyed the story and thought it brought out some real feelings in Grissom. Good writing by the way.
