Hehe, I don't ** about the writers that much do I? I'm just always surprised that fanficcers writing as a hobbie can come up with better ideas than proffesionals who are writing as a full time job!

Wow! This chapter was horrifying. The idea that these Boaties would shoot a man holding a tiny baby is just so evil. They are like Natzi's. Charlie using his guitar as a weapon is so awesome. It's actually wish fulfillment for me. I had been hoping to see Charlie clobber Mikhail with his instrument when he tried to steal the phone in DOC. Another wasted opportunity by the writers there...

Okay, first off, the dialogue between Jack and Charlie at the start of this chapter was excellent. It's like the sort of warm friendly conversation the characters would have in S1 when their relationships actually mattered.

Secondly, Charlie and Aaron = adorableness. Their connection is actually more powerful than Claire/Aaron in many ways. It's rather heartbreaking to see Charlie so giddy and excited when he thinks they are being rescued. Sigh...

Intense! :o I liked Charlie using his guitar as a weapon, I can just imagine that! Ah, the finale chapter is next! I wonder what will happen. =D

I know this is your angst fic, but this part is actually really funny in places. I love Charlie pretending him and Hurley are playing a guessing game of who's gonna die next. And this exchange between Charlie/Kate =

“You’re not still completely furious with me, are you?” Charlie asked. “Because I’m actually quite terrified of you, to be honest.”

Kate laughed slightly. “No. I’m not mad at you anymore. I know you were going through a hard time when that happened. Besides, I’ve done a lot worse to people.”

“Well, that’s both reassuring and absolutely horrifying,” Charlie said, rocking Aaron in his arms.

*winces* Is it a bad thing that I'm not missing Claire very much? I'm just loving the Charlie/Des/Hurley team and am sort of glad that Claire isn't there getting in the way. I love my B-Team boys!

Aw! Poor Hurley not being allowed in Chesmonds death club. It felt like that when he was sent away from the boat.

I liked the creepy Claire dream. I think it's actually a really good way of showing Charlie mourning Claire - not talking about it, but having intense dreams about her. It's like when Claire was kidnapped. Charlie didn't talk about it much, he just brooded quietly to himself.

I liked the protective!Jarlie stuff. Excellent Charlie angst I must say. How many chapters left?!
