How do I love this story? Let me count the ways... You know I love this, right? Really really. And let me say that as a person who at the tender age of thirty STILL has to be held down to get a needle (shameful but true) I can so relate to this kid's predicament~!

And especially I love that last bit "i love my job..." hehe. ^_^

I liked the entire thing, in general. Chapter 14 was my personal favorite. It is a bit confusing having the chapters in no particular chronological order, but you did explain that.

Good stuff. I am so very very happy that you have updated this. And as a lover of languages, I also think the Trill phrase is great. (Only ever read one "trill" book myself and that was Worlds of DS9 so couldn't begin to guess where that phrase might come from.)
