OMG Twinneh. I don't even know these characters and that was HAWT. From what you've told me, this Zane guy is right up my alley. And pushing her away at the end? Call me a masochist, but I don't think it subtracted from the scene at all. I'm going out on a limb a bit here, but I assume it was to keep Zane in character, which it seems that you did. I really, really loved the entire thing. The setting, the desperate mood, Zane's attempt at rationalization...it all played together beautifully! I remember loving it, and though I don't think I ever reviewed, I was addicted. Then, somewhere along the way of waiting for updates, I drifted from it, and it seems so have you (though it's clear that you love it very much). It's sad that you'll never finish it, but it's wonderful to see how far you've come in terms of writing ability.

I must say i've been a fan throughout the entire story. It was well written but i understand when you want to just ditch such a story. Too many charcters to keep track of when you really only want to focus on your characters.

Zane! What a guy...You'd think he'd ditch his attitude after a kiss like that!

Vreya! What a gurl! such a tolerant girl! must like the bad boys!

Oh btw what ever happened to Seifer? did he ever win the fight against Odin? Did he ever crossover?

Oh and my sympathy to Gen. The only Azn guy in the group who was simply just forgotten...

Those are my only grivences. Besides those, good story i really enjoyed the original characters!

I almost missed this! And I've been waiting and looking forward to this one for so long. I'm glad you gave them a tiny moment like this - the unanticipated moments such as this are always the most remembered, and most powerful. (arrgh, so much angst), but I truly was so excited to read this and devoured every word.

Are you planning to add anymore to this? I can understand why you decided to discontinue the main fic, but it was so good! Honestly I only started reading it because I was looking for stories with Seifer and Quistis pairing. But after the first couple of chapters I had totally forgotten that and became completely absorbed in the story line and hoping for Zane to get a clue and Vreya to uh, get Zane, or what ever... And me having an interest in original characters from my favorite fan fiction fandoms, well that just NEVER happens, ever. Children of the Earth is the only story of its kind that caught my interest and kept me checking back for updates all these years.

Anyway I won't tell you this sucked because it didn't. I loved it, and I truly wish that you will at some point write more. Even if its only excerpts from the original story. I would still be in heaven. (Okay I won't embarrass myself here by begging, unless it will sway you .. . .?)

You are a talented writer and I've very much enjoyed reading "Children of the Earth" and the current intimate moment between Zane and Vreya.

Thank you so much for sharing this lovely story. I will keep hoping that someday you will add more to this in the future.

Yes I know I'm probably one of the few male reviewers up to this point, and fighting against so many girls me and Zane need to stick together. Well done boy! Let her tast what she never dared take and leave her wanting more.

All in all Angel, this was a pretty good shot. Too bad I won't get to read what leads up to this event, but I'm hoping you'll tell me some time ok?
