I also noted that you didn't state how old Ranma would be when HE arrived in Konoha.
This could be a setup for a body switch or not either way lots of fun.
And if Ranma doesn't have that annoying can't kill thing anymore he would be easily classifiable as having Sannin or better skills and even more in sheer destructive force.
Have you ever read Ranma of Shishin?
My favorite Ranma-Naruto cross and a very good guidline as to how a CALM Ranma would bewhen entering Konoha while also showing the way he would work his skills.

Now , considering that this is a torked off Ranma entering with no other agenda but making sure that the morons know that they screwed up and badly at that...


Then with Naruto you have the prankster king with the same agenda...
