Well, the story was a little flat, but it matched the tone of the original story, so que cera cera.
I like how you wove in a little onesided pairing but didn't dwell on it, like even if it's not exactly what she wanted, she's still happy.

I like the story so far. I think it would be nice to see more of what Kaoru and Hikaru are thinking and feeling about all this. It is unusual to see Hikaru so quiet. I wonder how things will change if at all. They always pretended to love each other anyway. The customers at least won't notice any difference.

I really like your story so far, I like how not only are the other members of the club so understanding but that they are worried about the twins. I especially like haruhi in this story, however if you turn this into a oh I love Kaoru wait Haruhi is so much better story you will lose a reader. so to answer your question, Yes keep this a twincest story!
