What an amazing story! I love all the characterisations. Owen's POV is made of win. When I read the summary, I couldn't imagine how you'd make this crossover work, but you really meshed these verses and their characters perfectly.

That was really good! I like how you developed Owen, and incorporated a character from another verse.

Oh, this is EXCELLENT. So absolutely Garak, with wonderful touches (the dangerous smile, "not all mutually exclusive", "Only if it actually works"... and the feeling of despairing apocalypse is absolutely spot-on. Love Owen's anger, love the reference to the Wire, love Garak's typical solution to his own quandary. Just about the perfect crossover.
