*applauds* Another beautiful story, Teef! So sad though... As you would expect Aeris/Zack fics to be... Still, good characterization. You always seem to nail each character spot on. Zack/Aeris fics are a rarity and we could always use more *hint hint ;)*

It's rare to see a Zack/Aeris fic in a section rife with Cloud/Aeris romances. Really, the poor guy doesn't get enough exposure in fanfics. This is a pretty good fic. It would have been nice if you could have expanded a bit more on how Zack joined Avalanche and maybe added something about his interactions with Aeris' stepmom in the flashback, but those are just suggestions. I noticed a few grammatical errors but they didn't detract from my enjoyment of the story. Keep up the nice work.
