Oh em gee, like, you finally updated. Oh my gosh! I could just hug the life out of you! Whe!!

Right, now to the sensible part of my review... Ahem, well, I'd like to say thank you for getting a new chapter of Dichotomy up. I've just discovered this story a couple of months back, and I was waiting for chapter eleven since.

I like that this chapter made a breakthrough in the story line: Sam made her first appearance, she made up (sort of) with her little brother, the military doesn't have a way of connecting Roy and Sam with each other, Edward is up and about, and Alphonse is as adorable as ever. Oh, and I am very, very thankful that Ed is now capable of proper spoken language... I love your new chapter, and I hope that more new chapters would come.

Back when I was reading chapter ten, I was carried away by all the excitement and was high strung by your not so kind cliff hanger, but I thank you now for the next installment... I wish you all the good luck and inspiration for the next chapter!

Oh and P.S. simply because I couldn't resit but quoting
"Why do you smell like Havoc?" I thank you for introducing this pairing also.

Well lookie what I found in my emailbox - an update notice! YAYZ! :D I remember from the last chapter that I was just so very happy that Ed was finally free of that hellhole even if he was practically on death's doorstep. Now I'm positively giddy that Ed is alive and well and getting better by the minute!! Granted he's not who and what he used to be (and never will be *wibbles*) but at least Ed is determined to overcome these obstacles. :) Can't wait to read more! :D Oh btw, when Ed couldn't eat before his alpha did, my mind's ear heard a little whine of distress and confusion from Ed's wolf side. Poor Ed. From now on, all his meals will have to be taste tested by Roy before he can eat. It might drive Ed batty but I don't think Roy will mind very much! :) "Roy" plus "alpha" equals "WIN"! :D

Wow, what a good chapter. I loved the alpha part at the end, but my favorite part was Roy and Ed's reunion. ^^ Very well done! :D

The last scene where Ed takes the measure of how deeply the changes affect him and who he is was neat, I'm surprised he didn't blow up at Roy for being his alpha though :p (I would have) Having someone you're made to bow to in all situations cannot be nice >_> I'm looking forward to the way that'll affect their relationship, especially their romantic one.

I'm really glad I found a fic like this! Idiotic me for not reading this before. The idea of chimera Ed has been done over and over again but you've made it something unique and original. So congrats to that!

Yay for updates! I like how you write the entire shift to chimera and how Ed has to adjust. The alpha!Roy revelation was handled really well. Can't wait for another update.

i am in utter awe of your story! i don't think i have EVER read a better fan fiction - and some of the published books don't seem to have as much depth and character development that yours has. You said that you want to go professional. I think you have the best chance of succeding (sp :D). i'm sure you'll have your name in print soon - your writing is good enough. but please, please, please!! don't stop updating this story. I think that i would actually wither away and die if i didn't know where you were going to take this and what happens to ed, with his new...traits? anywyay, hope to read more from you soon :D

The best of the chapter was the last part, stating that Ed realized he was not the person he used to be anymore, that Roy will be his alpha no matter what, his new added instincts from a female wolf will always remind him that, and now I wonder what would happen if Al and Roy were in danger at the same time, who would Ed save first?
I also wonder if Sam will have a major characterization or if she's just a minor character here, I'd like to know more about her.
I read some of your lj entries, so you're willing for writing as a pro, and that's great! I like your style so much, many other readers and authors have told me the same about you. You're a very talented authoress, good luck on anything you'll finally end working on.
