Once that it gets a grip of that idea, the unnamed new avatar whould make an awesome hippy duo with the guru.. Like,, dude, i'm my own father... dude, you're right...

I came up with an idea like this, but mine is about him being reborn as his great grand daughter, and Katara being reincarnated into an earthbender, but if anyone takes my idea I will not hesitate to find you. But if you wanna read my story I'm trying to get it on :)

The story was kind of weird, but I liked it!

*sobs histerically* that was so touching. i seriously almost cried. there was so much emotion in those few words...oh why? why did you write somthing so beautifully painfully sad? it's so horrible...but at the end...this is one of my favorites...ever. i will always be a fan of your work.

That was really heartbreaking! It was well-written, though. I really liked how you added that little twist about the promise at the end. The only thing is, maybe you could have added a little more description in between the days.

I think you read that on the Avatar site, or from someone else who read it there. I don't know how reliable the site is; it's been wrong before, but that tidbit makes sense to me, so I believe it.

woah, this was just too awesome for words! It's a strange notion, (i once wrote a fic where Aang was his nephew), and i adore the way you wrote it. It's just, like, a little piece of talent.

It is kind of messed up. I mean, Katara's husband is her own son and Aang is her son. Woo. It'd be strange if he was a girl. XD

Awesome one-shot! Well-written and emotional.

However, in my opinion, I don't think that the next Avatar is born only a few days after the previous one dies. After all, even a week-old fetus has a spirit, right? So I think that the previous Avatar would've had to die before the conception of his reincarnation.

Nevertheless, this is a great one-shot, and I loved it!
