Secondly: I liked it! I liked it a lot actually! It amazes me sometimes how we can disagree over almost everything, but then do things in some ways the same. You mentioned your NFLD heritage in this and it just reminded me how much Brit talk I had slung into your next fic. I'm sorry I picked on you about your heritage but all the Canadians I have met before you have wanted to be anything BUT Canadian. Makes Canada appealing eh when people are determined to tell you they are French, or Swiss, or German and not Canadian. Thirdly: Sorry about before, was not in the best of moods due to a headache and plus internet was being a sucky brat. But all is good now. | Niente Zero 2007-09-01 ch 1, | abuseI have fallen in love with the Newfoundland accent recently thanks to the Ice Road Truckers show on the history channel. Go figure, Canadians everywhere... and one of them is a very nice Newfie boy. It sure is a distinctive accent! Loved the story. I can just picture Fraser with the Ray haircut. So tragically 90s. And yet, kind of cute. Anything would be better than the 'pelt' as Ray Vecchio described it ;) |
