Wow. I liked this a lot. Shizu is my favorite character from this series, aside from Kino of course. This was well written and covered some pretty good points. Kudos to you!

I love how this story seems to flow. It's such a good read, and really pulls the reader in.

I also loved the conversation between Hermes and Shizu. Their characters were potrayed so well!
