First, I'd like to say that this story is really great. The idea is realistic, and, Ken and Kathleen are characterized perfectly. However, I think that the dialouge is a little too forced, and some of the other characters are totally OOC. Kathy isn't the bitch that you have characterized her as. She wouldn't cast aside her son like that, and she wouldn't be such a bitch to Elliot, or tell her children to cut him out of her lives. I'd suggest you work on your characterization, and getting the words to flow a bit better.

I Have an awful habit of only reading completed stories, so I had only read this one after it had finished, It was A-MA-ZING!

First, I don't mind you bringing Lennie back! He's one of my favorite L&O characters. In fact, I had a story in mind back in 2004 before I learned of his illness. You may see that story in the near future.

Second, this is a chapter full of developments. Maureen's career choice was a believeable choice: she has her father's determination and desire for the best results. She has also, on the show, demonstrated good sense: for example, when she recieved questionable e mails, she deleted them-unlike some to the victims her father encountered. Her dad will be surprised, though, as he sees his daughters as being helpless potential victims-until, like Kathleen, they prove him wrong.

Finally, the situation at One Police Plaza will get rather interesting when Elliot finds out that his youngest daughter is seeing his new CO's son-and that his new coworkers knew about it!

Keep up the good work. And having Fin & Olivia spend some quality time with Ken & Kathleen is a great idea, especially since we haven't seen often seen the former couple together in this story.

i loved this whole story, i love that Ken and Kathleen got together and that they are going to stay together hopefully and i hope that we see more of both couple aka Fin and Olivia and Kathleen and Ken. cant wait to read the sequal to this story and i hope that there is many sequal of this story to come. loved this story.

So, Elliot finally let out his fears about his daughters being victims, and Kathleen set him straight. I think he was very impressed with how she was able learn about Mark's intentions and take care of the matter. Meanwhile, Fin and Ken reconciled and resolved to have a closer relationship.

However, you're right: there's more ahead. Elliot's transfer possibilities are still real, especially since the captain sees Dickie following in his father's negative footsteps. Meanwhile, how will Kathy react to learning about Mark's true colors? And how long will Lizzie and Brent's relationship be a secret, especially now that Mike and Goren know? Time will tell.

I hope Elliot and Lizzie gets back on good terms. And I can't wait to find out about Maureen. And Kathy's reaction to when she finds out about everything.

First, the bust went down very well! The addition of the crowd's enthusiastic opinion added to Mark's comeuppance. But the revelation of Rob as an undercover cop was an unexpected twist that made the scene all the sweeter. Now both Mark and his supplier, Antonio, will face jail time. Also, there was brief suspense before Kathleen managed to warn Ken.

Elliot's reaction was definately in character. He has always had issues regarding his daughters and boys/men. I look forward to seeing this aspect of psyche explored.

As for Dickie, hopefully someone will bring it to Elliot's attention that the boy has his father's worse tendencies. By the way, it was appropriate that Cragen, the CO and father figure, exchanged looks with Huang, the shrink.

Finally, Kathleen and Lizzie's scene at the store was an excellent show of sisterly interaction. If Elliot voices disapproval of Lizzie's new phase, she will have an ally in her big sister.

Stabler as a member of the Major Case squad? Why not? He's a capable detective, and the variety of cases will take his mind off of "rescuing" his daughters.

As for the "player haters," their plan is coming together, with a little help from Munch. Meanwhile, Kathleen revealed a few signicant opinions. Ken could help her and Benson become more aquainted. Of course, if she starts seeing Ken, she will definately need to speak to Olivia! (Ken Kathleen Elliot's explosion!).
