Even though we never got to see Maul's personality in the film, I believe your depiction would be spot-on. Also, I was half-expecting a sad ending, but thank goodness you gave us a happy one! |

I like that Darth Maul's darker side was only restrained by the Force inhibitor, so that when it was released we realized that Darth Maul hadn't really done a 360 with his personality. He'd only gone a little softer because Obi-Wan had wormed his way in during Maul's "weaker" moments. It's fun to watch a character evolve, especially one as fascinating as Maul. |
