Kat 2008-02-21 ch 4, anon.	abuseHi there, I have just stumbled upon this website and found your "Lions" fanfic. I am usually not someone who writes reviews but in this case I just had to. This story is very well written. It progresses slowly with a lot of love for detail. But not too slowly so it never gets boring. You got the "tempo" just right. Also you have done some excellent character observation. I can just imagine the situations and people you describe. It feels like I am seeing the scenes in my head, just like a film. There is only one thing that should be different. When Audrey tells Jack at the end of chapter 4 "Vous avez le courage..." it should be "Tu as le courage..." which is the more informal way of addressing a person, like a friend for example. You are probably used to more sophisticated reviews, so I apologise if this sounds a bit rough. Awesome work! Keep going. Love, Kat

DJ Dubois 2007-12-11 ch 30,	abuseHi! Just found this story and read through it wire to wire. Of course, I loved all of the great Jack/Audrey moments! Your take on the characters is refreshing. (I guess Doyle isn't so bad after all. Also, I liked what I saw out of Nadia. And Dr. Carlson was awesome! :) ) Just like on the show, I was disappointed by Sec. Heller's feelings about Jack and the 'cursed relationships'. ITA with your note on that BTW. Nice way of reuniting Kim with Jack and Angela too. I think the best part of your story though are some of the quippy one-liners you have the characters say. (The putting monsters in time out was great. I was thinking "Yeah, Jack's going to put Cheng in PERMANENT timeout.") There were others too that made me laugh and showed insight on your part. I have to admit that I was hoping that Jack would get to work on Cheng a little bit more at the warehouse before Audrey finished him off. Anyhow, thank you for sharing this story. I really enjoyed it.
Pinkjimmychoos 2007-12-04 ch 30,	abuseAw, cute ending! Loved the whole thing, but I think my favourite parts were definately when Audrey did the whole shoot-em-up thing and the part with the puppy. I also really liked how you managed to humanise the doctors and how they made the whole situation less scary for all those involved- great bedside manners. Very well-written and flows so well throughout, and even though I generally don't like Audrey as a character on the show, I liked her in your story! Shock for me Looking forward to your new story too because I'm sure it will be just as compulsive reading.

And of course...I loved how there was a happy ending. FINALLY! haha. Haven't really read a happy fic in awhile. Can't wait to read more of your stuff!
