Very sad, very good, you've inspired m,e to write a new fic. Great work, and i'm really sad it's over, but i guess all great things come to an end. The rumble scene, and the scene where Gary gets shot reminds me (slightly) of The Outsiders. Excellent story.

Good chapter, this really fits with how Jimmy always leaves Pete behind. You can tell he just doesn't want him getting in the way or getting hurt.

Although it sounds a lot like when Jimmy had to go alone to the warehouse in my fic, "Target".

Other than that thoug, it's good, a lot of drama in such a short chapter, and you portray the characters very well.
