Try to show Christy you really like her, and tell her (if you haven't already said it,) thats saying "i love you" is a little soon to say for you. After a week of dating you can't know if your in love. You have to spend time with them... and then... you just know. It's a different feeling from other emotions you'll have, and when you have that feeling you know it's really love. But yeah. Show her how you really feel and don't let your ex's fakeness ruin it.
