I think you couldve done a lot more with this chapter...if you were gonna do a flashback I think you shouldve done I on something that totally was not in the story at all before...because I felt like I was just reading the first couple chapters over again...but other than that, keep up the good work and update soon!!

Very good. Geisha isn't a proper noun, so no need to captilize it. Also in Japanese singular forms of words are also plural forms. (ie, 1 ninja, 2 ninja OR 1 samurai, 2 samurai) same for geisha.

First letter of the first word of a quote is captilized, basic sentence grammar there. Proper punucation at the end of quotes. Remember a quote is just a spoken sentence.

How like to do it is simple.

"But I don't wanna go! I will stay home," Tommy stated.

For more examples, look how authors write quotes in books.
