They weren't OOC really. Only Gaara in the beginning of the story. But the rest, everyone was in character by then.

Though it was a little OOC, personally I think the story was awesome! The writer has a right to change things up a little so it's fine. Very tastefully done also. Your grammar is on point. The story flows nicely and "suspends my disbelief" (just a fancy phrase that means the story was believable lol.) Please keep writing because you're on the right track!
