Uhhhh..I'm a bit confused. You refer to David as a "little mecha child" with "artificial skin", but he bleeds like a human when he's shot in the head. Which is it? I believe you're saying the bad guys made a mistake, but the reference to David as a mecha doesn't support the ending. ;]

How depressing. (I haven't seen A.I. yet though)
