I really, really like this! Both of the characters were quite IC, though I kind of feel sorry for Mahaado...

Oh, I so love Atemu & Mahaado fics, but that's barely a secret ^^, and I adore in character, well-written and bittersweet fics like this. Once again, your style makes the characters come to life even more than anything, I can almost feel the heartache, the pain of that decision that need to be made, the turmoil..and it ends with the note and the promise that they'll be together, always and forever. The best kind of fic in my opinion, not overly sappy or tragic, a realistic piece of (as real as fictional characters can get) people in the midst of their own feelings and emotions. Thank you so much dear, I love it very much!
