Very well-written. I especially like this bit:

"She had no room in her heart for love now, only hatred, but she wondered if that strong and fuzzy emotion could be exploited somehow."

That's downright villainous, but in a good way. Her manipulation of Kira seemed subtler in the show, but she did stuff like what's in this story too, so it fits quite well.

I love the "Spider and the Fly" reference too; it made the whole thing more sinister.

By the way, don't worry about sounding as though you're bashing Fllay in general. In my opinion, recognizing Fllay's insidious behavior at this point in the story makes her redemption all the more touching later on.
